hereby grant permission to Yisraelite Radio Broadcasting Network hereafter referred 
to as 
"Broadcaster," to play the following songs of mine on the air, via cable 
or satellite, or over the Internet without payment to me or any 
performing rights organization of any royalties or other fees:

Provided, however, that this release is solely for the designated 
material; that the designated material may only be played on the air, 
via cable or satellite, or over the Internet and not made available for 
download or other digital copying by any individual or entity to whom I 
have not granted express written permission; and that the designated 
material shall not be sold or otherwise licensed for pay by Broadcaster 
without my express written permission. 
I hereby agree that Broadcaster may forward any part or all of the 
designated material to other radio stations, cable television operators, 
web sites, and/or DJs, as well as to any music management agencies or 
services that Broadcaster deems appropriate; provided, however, that I 
shall be notified prior to forwarding and given a reasonable opportunity 
to object thereto. In the event Broadcaster forwards any part or all of 
the designated material to these entities, these entities shall be bound 
by and adopt all the terms of this release. 
I hereby represent that I am the sole copyright owner of the designated 
material and am fully empowered and entitled to grant this Release; and 
that I am doing so of my own free will without coercion of any kind.
