All Claims need to be made with-in three days of receiving the package. Pre-Authorized returns MUST be returned with-in ten business days. Any unauthorized return subject to 30% restock fee and shipping is non refundable. All items are new merchandise and free from manufacturing defects. If you discover a defect that makes the product unusable we will repair or replace the item at our option. Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items: Any item that has been worn, used or altered,or cds. Shipping charges are non refundable. Returns are generally processed within a week of receiving the product back.

Payment Options:
Credit cards accepted Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express Money orders and cashier check.
Orders other than credit card orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
Order Processing:
Orders are usually processed within 7-10 days and shipped in the order that they are received.
Exceptions may exist due to product availability and time of year.
If exceptions do exist you will be contacted by email or by phone.
Cancellations:

Cancellation must be before 2 PM Central Standard Time.
Rush order cancellations must be same day before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time.
This does not apply to orders that have been shipped.
If an order is refused at delivery, a 30% restocking fee will apply and shipping is not refundable.

Orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise indicated.
Alaska/Hawaii: Additional $10 fee.
